Great explanation of why intermittent fasting can help!
"Thrive After Fifty" really is a great explanation of what it's like to be over the age of 50 and how to use intermittent fasting to help with the fatigue, brain fog, and other hormonal issues you might be facing at this age. It does a good job of explaining what intermittent fasting is and the reasons it helps but also takes an honest look at obstacles you might face and ways around them. It includes healthy recipes in the back, giving you a starting point for what to eat for 30 days or at least ideas of healthy ways to break your fast. Well done.
